Lenovo G505—my new love
 Like all you others out there, I too was a desktop user. I used it for various reasons and purposes. It was my entertainment chamber. My best friend when lonely. My study resource material. Shortcut to a friend’s place and so much more. It is the temple people call workplace.

But one day it came crashing down, along with my world. Suddenly, I had nothing to do. I felt I’m that guy from the Viber advertisement. Missing out on all the social networking, music, YouTube and movies was just too much to take. And then there was pending work. Heap loads of them. Asus just demanded 15 days to look into (well, it was in warranty period, the motherboard.)


Deciding enough is enough, I firmly took a step to the new world. I now wanted a laptop. This was around Christmas Time last year. Together with my mom, I hopped off to the nearest mall (well, somebody has to pay, right). There was placed the Lenovo G505 series. Well as I had not been into much research, the store attendant took me through a number of them.  
No doubt the initial attraction is taken up by HP itself, with its shiny glossy finish and admirably perfect features you just cannot deny its awesomeness. And then he introduced me to the Lenovo G505. Well, it might not be attractive, but trust me I don’t have to worry about it getting stratched all day long. Yes, a scratch proof body is what you need for the long term. After all its not a showpiece. 
With an approximately 15.6 inch screen, it comes to weight at about 2.6 kgs. With 4 GB Ram and I tb hard disk space, it comes in a  color the Lenovo team terms as Midnight Black. The resolution for the laptop stands at 1366*768 pixels. 
A spill-proof island style keyboard is wat helped me draft this blog in less than an hour(truly, photograph attached). And yeah, thank god, its spill proof, for the cups of coffee that has gone into it. 
It has power management efficiency, that’s patient enough to standby for all the chatting and mails and downloads and still has just enough left to draft me through my work. I do not like working on a device put on charge. 
Last, but most importantly, it is equipped with a 720p capable webcam. Well, yeah now you know why I love it right. As evident from my last blog I am a selfie addict. And it is my beloved Lenovo G505 that got me selfie addicted!

Barter is a system of exchange by which goods or services are directly exchanged for other goods or services without using a medium of exchange, such as money It is distinguishable from gift economies in that the reciprocal exchange is immediate and not delayed in time. It is usually bilateral, but may be multilateral and usually exists parallel to monetary systems in most developed countries, though to a very limited extent. Barter usually replaces money as the method of exchange in times of monetary crisis, such as when the currency may be either unstable  or simply unavailable for conducting commerce.

He considered that every object has two uses, the first being the original purpose for which the object was designed, and the second possibility is to conceive of the object as an item to sell or barter.The assignment of monetary value to an otherwise Insignificant Object such as a coin or promissory note arises as people and their trading associate evolve a psychological capacity to place trust in each other and in External Authority within barter exchange.


Bartering has several problems, most notably that it requires a coincidence of wants. For example, if a wheat farmer needs what a fruit farmer produces, a direct swap is impossible as seasonal fruit would spoil before the grain harvest. A solution is to trade fruit for wheat indirectly through a third, intermediate, commodity the fruit is exchanged for the intermediate commodity when the fruit ripens. If this intermediate commodity doesn't perish and is reliably in demand throughout the year exampal copper, gold, or wine then it can be exchanged for wheat after the harvest. The function of the intermediate commodity as a store of value can be standardized into a widespread commodity money, reducing the coincidence of wants problem. By overcoming the limitations of simple barter, a commodity money makes the market in all other commodities more liquid.

Adam Smith, the father of modern economics, sought to demonstrate that markets and economies pre-existed the state, and hence should be free of government regulation. He argued against conventional wisdom that money was not the creation of governments. Markets emerged, in his view, out of the division of labour, by which individuals began to specialize in specific crafts and hence had to depend on others for subsistence goods. These goods were first exchanged by barter. Specialization depended on trade, but was hindered by the double coincidence of wants which barter requires, i.e. for the exchange to occur, each participant must want what the other has. To complete this hypothetical history, craftsmen would stockpile one particular good, be it salt or metal, that they thought no one would refuse. This is the origin of money according to Smith. Money, as a universally desired medium of exchange, allows each half of the Transaction to be separated.


From 1000 BC money in the shape of small knives and spades made of bronze were in use in the society of China, with cast bronze replicas of cowrie shells in use before this. The first manufactured coins seems to have taken place separately in India, China, and in cities around the Aegean sea between  While these Aegean coins were stamped heated and hammered with insignia, the Indian coins from the Ganges river valley were punched metal disks, and Chinese coins first developed in the Great Plain were cast bronze with holes in the center to be strung together. The different forms and metallurgical process implies a separate development.

Paper money was introduced in Song Dynasty China during the 11th century. The development of the banknote began in the seventh century, with local issues of paper currency. Its roots were in merchant receipts of deposit during the Tang Dynasty, as merchants and wholesalers desired to avoid the heavy bulk of copper coinage in large commercial transactions.The issue of credit notes is often for a limited duration, and at some discount to the promised amount later. The jiaozi nevertheless did not replace coins during the Song Dynasty paper money was used alongside the coins. The central government soon observed the economic advantages of printing paper money, issuing a monopoly right of several of the deposit shops to the issuance of these certificates of deposit.By the early 12th century, the amount of banknotes issued in a single year amounted to an annual rate of 26 million strings of cash coins.

A Credit Card is a payment Card issued to users as a system of payment. It allows the cardholder to pay for goods and services based on the holder's promise to pay for them.The issuer of the card creates a revolving account and grants a line of credit to the consumer from which the user can borrow money for payment to a merchant or as a cash advance to the user.

Online banking is an Electronic payment System that enables customers of a financial institution to conduct financial transactions on a website operated by the institution, such as a retail bank, virtual bank, credit union or building society. Online banking is also referred as Internet banking, e-banking, virtual banking and by other terms.

To access a financial institution's online banking facility, a customer with Internet access would need to register with the institution for the service, and set up some password  for customer verification. The password for Online Banking is normally not the same as for Telephone Banking. Financial institutions now routinely allocate customers numbers, whether or not customers have indicated an intention to access their online banking facility. Customers numbers are normally not the same as account numbers, because a number of customer accounts can be linked to the one customer number. The customer can link to the customer number any account which the customer controls, which may be cheque, savings, loan, credit card and other accounts. Customer numbers will also not be the same as any debit or credit card issued by the Financial Institution to the customer.

To Access Online Banking, a customer would go to the Financial Institution's secured website, and enter the online banking facility using the customer number and password previously setup. Some financial institutions have set up additional security steps for access to online banking, but there is no consistency to the approach adopted.

Global Recesstion In Global Aviation Industry


Global Transportation has been changed dramatically. This Recession has put a crimp in all of the Economy. It has affected the Aviation world greatly. The Recession has had a huge impact the impact has been two-edged. Purchasers of logistics services have seen a windfall of lower rates.



 The Financial Crisis has erupted as an Effect of Global Recession  worldwide problem that is impacting the real economy with increasing speed and intensity. The collapse of the global economy has had a profound impact on the business travel industry, placing a new emphasis.

Air Canada and Recession The Airline Industry is a Competitive market. The various Airlines are providing their Airline Flights all over the world. In the current Recession period, all Airlines are putting their best efforts to overcome this situation by providing cheap Airline Tickets. 

Penalise the Airline Industry compared to the rail industry which receives public subsidies of £2 billion each year. In addition, tax comparisons between Aviation and Road Transport are inappropriate as part of the proceeds from road tax are to pay for the cost of providing and maintaining the road

Global Recession Effects Aviation Industry Careers As the Indian economy has been booming in the last few years, the India Aviation Industry was expanding too. There were new budget Airlines and Private Players like Vijay Mallya's King Fisher coming in to play and thus making the Public Sector Air India and Indian Airlines more competitive in the process. As there were more Flights coming in to business, the number of job opportunities in the industry has also gone up. Students started signing up for courses like Airline Pilot's, Flight attendant's, ground crew etc. The job growth rate was good. The salary and perks were great as well. Every one was pretty happy.

Then the US Economic Recession came. India was hoping that it would not be affected by the Global Economic Recession. But those hopes are not found to be true. Slowly the effects of recession have reached India too. And it affected the Aviation Industry of India too. As the cash starved managements started looking for cost cutting measures, lay offs started to come in to action. Some people have lost their jobs already. The new Recruitments are going at a slow rate. For the time being, the market is not great for the Aviation Industry in India. It is the same case scenario for the rest of the world as well.

But this is going to stay the same way for a short term only. As the fundamentals of the Indian Economy are pretty strong, the economy is going to get back on a growing trend soon. It may take another three months or six months before you will see the change in the Economy. But the Economy is going to go back up again. By that time the Jobs lost in the recent Recession will be compensated.






It is a sober moment for The Aviation Industry in India. But it would come back up on its feet and be on the run again soon. Any one who lost their jobs in the Aviation Industry in the Recent Recession should consider this situation as a chance to refurbish their skills. Going back to school and get some more Certifications while the market is running low would be a smart idea. Polish your skills and it will keep you in great shape once the Economy will be back on its feet. Once the Indian economy is back on the run again, any additional skills you learned while the economy is dragging could be a great asset for you.




There is some good news Already for the job seekers as Air India has started Recruitment Process for Cabin Crew. This is probably happening only in India and that should be looked at as a reason for India's Aviation Industry's Financial Strength.

How To Preapre Crispy Masala Dosa

How To Preapre Crispy Masala Dosa

Ingredients:
One And Half cups rice
Half cup urad dal
salt to taste
Oil
Masala Filling:

Two large potatoes(aloo)
ONE medium onion (Barik kate)
Half teaspoon yellow split peas
Half teaspoon mustard seed(Soyabin k Beej)
Half teaspoon turmeric(Haldi)
Half green chili(Hari Mirchi)
One tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Get Ready  to Prepare

Dosa shell
Separately soak rice and urad dal at least 6 hour or overnight in water.
Grind to paste.
Mix together, add salt with water to make batter.
Leave in room temperature overnight.
Mix onion and chilies to the thin batter.
Heat pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.
Cook on both the sides, if desired.

Masala Filling (Spicy):

Heat oil. Add mustard seed, peas, onions and spice.
Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat until onions are turned into golden brown
Add potatoes and mix and cook some more Serve
Add filling inside Dosa and roll. Serve hot with Chutney.

Joy And Happiness



When I would well on the Goodness God has expressed towards me, my heart rises up like an artesian well, my eyes gush forth joy that waters my face and leaves the observer in wonder. 

We either make ourselves Happy or Miserable. The amount of work is the same.
Resolve to keep Happy and your 
Joy and you shall form an invincible host against Difficulties.
The greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our Dispositions, and not on our circumstances. We carry the seeds of the one or the other about with us in our minds wherever we go. 



The Pleasantest things in the world are Pleasant thoughts and the great art of life is to have as many of them as possible. 
To get up each morning with the resolve to be Happy is to set our own conditions to the events of each day. To do this is to condition circumstances instead of being conditioned by them.
Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy. 

No matter how much madder it may make you, get out of bed forcing a smile. You may not smile because you are cheerful but if you will force yourself to smile, you will end up laughing. You will be cheerful because you smile. Repeated experiments prove that when man assumes the facial expressions of a given mental mood any given mood then that mental mood itself will follow.

Joy does not simply happen to us. We have to choose joy and keep choosing it every day. 
Most folks are about as Happy as they make up their minds to be. 
Happiness is not in our circumstance but in ourselves. It is not something we see, like a rainbow, or feel, like the heat of a fire. Happiness is something we are. 
The art of living does not consist in preserving and clinging to a particular mood of happiness, but in allowing happiness to change its form without being disappointed by the change for happiness, like a child, must be allowed to grow up.
The really Happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery when on a detour. 
Happiness does not depend on outward things, but on the way we see them. 
The happiest people don't worry too much about whether life is fair or not, they just get on with it.

For most of life, nothing wonderful happens. If you don't enjoy getting up and working and finishing your work and sitting down to a meal with family or friends, then the chances are that you are not going to be very Happy. If someone bases his happiness or unhappiness on major events like a great new job, huge amounts of money, a flawlessly Happy marriage or a trip to Paris, that person isn't going to be Happy much of the time. If, on the other hand, happiness depends on a good breakfast, flowers in the yard, a drink or a nap, then we are more likely to live with quite a bit of happiness. 
The art of being Happy lies in the power of extracting happiness from common things.
Tranquil pleasures last the longest we are not fitted to bear the burden of great joys. 
It is only possible to live happily ever after on a day to day basis.  
Happiness is not having what you want. It is wanting what you have. 
You will never be Happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.
Most men pursue pleasure with such breathless haste, that they hurry past it. 
If we would stop trying to be Happy we could have a pretty good time. 
Happiness is as a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but which if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. 
The Spirit bears witness. Ecstasy and enlightenment, inspiration and intuition are not necessary. Happy is the man who is worthy of these; but woe unto us if we wait for such experiences; woe unto us if we do not perceive that these things are of secondary Importance. 
One ought to seek out Virtue for its own sake, without being influenced by fear or hope, or by any external influence. Moreover, that in that does happiness consist. 
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. 
It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.
Seek to do good, and you will find that happiness will run after you. 
I think I began learning long ago that those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.
If we try hard to bring happiness to others, we cannot stop it from coming to us also. To get joy, we must give it, and to keep joy, we must scatter it.  
Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared. 
Genuine happiness consists in those spiritual qualities of love, compassion, patience, tolerance and forgiveness and so on. For it is these which provide both for our happiness and others’ happiness. 
When we are such as He can love without impediment, we shall in fact be Happy.C.S. Lewis
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.  
This is the true joy of life, the being used up for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clot of ailments and grievances, complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you Happy. I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the community, and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it what I can.
